Regarding my investment approach, I prefer co-investing with top-performing funds in the industry. I place trust in their investment due diligence before conducting my own thorough analysis. In my due diligence process, I focus on six key aspects

Team

I seek teams with an unfair advantage, complementarity, and at least one member has deeply understanding in the business and another with strong tech expertise.

Market Size

The market must be substantial enough to allow for a lucrative exit, ensuring returns for both myself and new investors. Additionally, the company's valuation must align with expectations.

Current & Previous

As a co-investor, I look over the type of investors involved, examining their expertise and reputation. I assess whether they contribute value to entrepreneurs, facilitate connections with other funds, and potentially serve as clients for the solution.

Traction

A proven product-market fit is crucial, although a highly successful team background can sometimes offset this requirement.

 

 

Idea

I prioritize products that solve real problems (a "pain killer" rather than a "vitamin"), have the potential for scalability and data driven.

Global and Country Trends

I consider alignment with global trends, ensuring the investment doesn't contradict broader shifts, such as environmental concerns. Additionally, I assess government support or new regulations that could impact the market.
